It's not really a monster truck per se.  Just Texasized.  And depending on how high the water is, it may take one of these bad boys to get where somebody needs to go… Or get someone else out from where they shouldn't've.

Anyhow, the folks who would know at NOAA say looks can be deceiving in high water so they've kindly drawn up this chart.

So if you don't have a truck built to go anywhere, and few do, just stay out. And if you're a hipster with a green shirt, stay inside because the rain may stay in your delicate skin. And more rain is on the way.
