Auld Lang Syne – What the Hell Does it Mean

Come midnight, the world, or the Central Time Zone, will be singing in the New Year. But what the hell are they singing? I've always wondered what Auld Lang Syne means, and now I have finally looked it up on the internet.

Didn't realize there was real information out on the web. I always thought it was just porn.

Auld Lang Syne translates from old Scottish dialect meaning "Old Long Ago", and is about love and friendship in previous years.
