Roads in Central Texas are still hazardous, but many people have braved them to get to work or make grocery store runs.

If you're able to get to H-E-B, you'll find purchase limits in place for a few essentials. Note: Stores are experiencing shortages of grocery bags, so you may want to bring your own along with you to ensure you can carry everything you get home.
