On Friday's Chad Hasty Show, Chad talked about the Dallas Morning News opinion column written by Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, in which Patrick offers his plan to reopen sports venues for fans, allowing of course, for new guidelines specific to safety during the coronavirus crisis.

While sharing his thoughts on Patrick's plan, Hasty said,

This is a good debate to have...This is a pretty good [plan] foundation from the lieutenant governor...It gives fans a chance to go see their team...And we can get away from this idea that any time you enter a stadium, you're going to die. People have to feel comfortable at some point, getting out...I like what the lieutenant governor brought up. I think it's a start, I think it's a good debate to have.
